- Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ realiseert in 2025 haar 13e editie in de vorm van een fysieke verkooptentoonstelling en een online presentatie / webshop.
- Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ is geen galerie, kunstenaarscollectief, vereniging of stichting: kunstenaars worden geen lid, maar deelnemer per editie/jaar.
Eerdere deelname biedt geen garantie op een nieuwe selectie. - Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ hanteert als maximumformaat: A3 (29,7 x 42 cm).
- Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ maakt uit alle digitale aanmeldingen een afgewogen selectie van > 100 tekenaars.
Geselecteerde tekeningen worden opgenomen in webshop, catalogus en tentoonstelling. - Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ kijkt zowel naar het werk als naar het kunstenaarscurriculum en de mate waarin tekenkunst hierin de hoofdrol speelt.
- Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ licht haar keuze niet individueel toe.
- Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ ontvangt geen subsidie.
- Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ vraagt een eenmalige deelnemersbijdrage van € 60,- per persoon, waarmee het hele project wordt gefinancierd (tentoonstellingsruimte, ontwerp / drukwerk PR materiaal, webshop / website, productie kartonnen opbergdozen, etc.)
- Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ biedt alle tekeningen ter verkoop aan, zowel tijdens tentoonstellingen als via de webshop.
- Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ rekent 40% commissie bij verkoop.
- Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ presenteert alle tekeningen ‘kaal’ zonder lijst of passepartout.
- Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ toont alleen unieke tekeningen. Geen prints, grafiek of anderszins werk in oplage.
- Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ publiceert een tentoonstellingscatalogus (A5, softcover) met werk van alle geselecteerde tekenaars, iedere deelnemer ontvangt 1 exemplaar.
Een naslagwerk en collector’s item ineen. - Het ‘Tekenkabinet’ verpakt, bezorgt en/of verzendt iedere verkochte tekening in een handgemaakte Tekenkabinet-verpakkingsdoos.

Previous participation does not guarantee a new selection. - The ‘Tekenkabinet’ uses the maximum format: A3 (29.7 x 42 cm).
- The ‘Tekenkabinet’ makes a balanced selection of > 100 drawing artists from all digital registrations.
Selected drawings are included in the webshop, catalogue and exhibition. - The ‘Tekenkabinet’ looks at both the work and the artist’s curriculum and the extent to which drawing plays a leading role in this.
- The ‘Tekenkabinet’ does not explain its choice individually.
- The ‘Tekenkabinet’ does not receive any subsidies.
- The ‘Tekenkabinet’ asks for a one-off participant contribution of € 60,- per person, which finances the entire project (exhibition space, design / printing PR material, webshop / website, production of cardboard storage boxes, etc.)
- The ‘Tekenkabinet’ offers all drawings for sale, both during exhibitions and via the webshop.
